About

Michael Jordan is a Flutter enthusiast with over 30 years of experience in the computer software industry. After graduating from the University of Colorado with an engineering degree in Applied Mathematics, he’s worked on CAD/CAM, desktop publishing, games, big data, and biomedical software for Auto-trol Technology, Quark, Adobe, LEGO, Alteryx, Medtronic, and several other companies.

Michael became interested in Flutter in the summer of 2018 after a colleague mentioned seeing Flutter demonstrated at the Google I/O 2018 conference. Intrigued by his colleague’s claims of Flutter’s capabilities, he looked into Flutter and hasn’t looked back. His first project using Flutter was a children’s game, Color Clues.

Michael continues to work with Flutter and explore the many new capabilities as Flutter continues to mature and branches out to support web and desktop applications. He’s one of the coordinators for the Flutter Denver Meetup group. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and love for Flutter with others, especially people using React Native or Xamarin. 😉
